Great big summerhouse, 200 m from the beach, near the archipelago and Stockholm

This newly renovated 2 story house is perfectly located in Saltsjö-Boo, Nacka, just 20 minutes from Stockholm (bus) but with only 200 meters walking distance from a beautiful beach. The beach ("Boobadet") is perfectly located where the canal "Baggensstäket" meets with the Stockholm archipelago and there is a food truck serving the best herring in Stockholm and the possibility to catch the ferry further out in the archipelago or to downtown Stockholm. The house is from the 1940's but was renovated in 2015/16 and is great for a party of four to seven people. It has five bedrooms (two double bends, three single beds including a smaller bed for a child), a living room with open access to the kitchen and a large sunny terrace / garden, a TV room with open access to living room and a ground floor with sauna, shower, table tennis, cinema (with good sound, picture), two toilets, two showers, one bath. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything from toaster, fryer, fondue, blender to sous-vide etc. There are many toys for children (indoor, outdoor) and a trampoline in the garden. Playstation 4 and 3 with lots of games, table tennis big table and small table, SONOS sound system with Spotify. Right next door, there is a football ground and a playground for children. The beach and the sea are within 200 walking distance and there are several beaches just a few minutes away. There are also forests, trails and great places for outdoor running / bicycling (MTB) that are available literally by just stepping out of the house. Outside, there are two beautiful terraces with room for plenty of people. The sun is shining all day, and on the bigger terrace there are two grills - "Kamado-grill" (barbecue, long-cocking style) and one ordinary Weber. 3-4 bicycles are included. Really experienced boaters or sailors (with proof of experience) might lend a pretty new motor boat, with 20 hp, which is located by the beach. We also have a cat, she is 6 years old, very social and spend most of the time outdoors. If this causes any problem please let us know and we can look for other solutions for her.
